Luz Living is a small reputable Estate Agency located in Ayamonte. We offer focused personalized attention and guidance when buying a property in the Huelva region of Costa de la Luz.

Our business is based in Ayamonte but we cover an area within a thirty minute drive from this base. We do not sell property in other parts of Spain as we believe that when you are buying a property through an estate agent, that estate agent should be there in person, before , during and years after the purchase.

Our after sales service is one of the fundamental reasons why we are successful as our clients always come back to us and more than often recommend us to their family and friends. We are here now, we have been here for years and we will be here in the future to serve your needs whatever they may be. Buying a property in a foreign country with a foreign language and laws can be a daunting experience but it is our job at Luz Living to ensure that you are informed and guided every step of the way. Michael Halligan is the owner of Luz Living and is originally from Claremorris, County Mayo, Ireland, but moved to Spain over 10 years ago. Coming from a Science background, he moved into Real Estate in 2000. Having worked for one of the largest Real Estate Companies in Spain, he decided it was time to branch out on his own and he set up Luz Living in spring 2005. Michael lives with his Spanish wife in the border-town of Ayamonte, Huelva and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
